Ben Dombrowski is an organizational communication strategist, creative designer, website developer, and event coordinator. His work draws on his studies in corporate communication at Marquette University, a background in marketing and internal communications, and a continuing study of group-relations theory.
Ben served as student body president at Marquette where he first practiced leading an organization, representing people with different interests, and moving policy forward. He went on to work in experiential marketing with global brands such as Google, Yahoo Sports, and Intel, including support for workforce operations at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics. In his advertising work, he coordinated campaigns for major brands like P&G and Kohler, and helped promote travel and tourism with Reno Tahoe and Visit Milwaukee.
Today, he develops internal communications at Enerpac Tool Group for over 2,000 employees in more than 40 countries.
Across tech, tourism, community, and corporate environments, Ben’s throughline has been the same: designing communication systems and experiences that meet employees, customers, and communities where they are with brands they can actually resonate with.
